At Kaarukriti, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Kaarukriti Refund and Return Policy outlines the steps to return or request a refund for handmade jewellery purchased from our website. We aim to make your experience fair, respectful, and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Fill up the Refund request form in the Order page and our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since all our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size or color preferences
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:
- Go to your order page, click on Refund
- Mention:
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos of the product
- Click on submit
- Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 1 working days.
Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship it back.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after:
- We receive the returned product in unused condition.
- Quality check is completed by our team.

Refund time:
- 5–7 business days after receiving the return
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
6. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to a fault from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping cost.
- If not, the customer bears return shipping charges.
